Smartphone company appoints new marketer

Smartphone maker ZTE has appointed Chris Edwards as its new European marketing and business development director.
The ZTEUK.co.uk website was ZTE’s eighth localised website to go live this past year (6 July 2011) following the US, France, Japan, Germany, Brazil, Portugal and the corporate site in China.
The ZTEUK.co.uk website plays an essential role to help establish the ZTE brand in the UK, further improve its communication with the UK market on its solutions and offerings as well as the company building UK based operations to support UK customers.
Edwards took up his new role the first week of October 2011.
