Upfront to host Persuasive Pitching seminar

Winning pitches is all about having a rigorous and effective process to develop a pitch, strong face-to-face persuasive communication skills, and the motivation to leave no stone unturned in your effort to win.

Upfront are hosting a seminar on the techniques of Persuasive Pitching, this will take place on the afternoon of Thursday 21st July 2011 at the Soho Hotel, London.

The seminar is designed to help you and your team to understand current best practice pitching. We will explore how you can understand and profile decision makers, give your team the insights necessary to know what the prospect will buy, and to know how best to present it. We will also examine face-to-face persuasive communication skills - vital to develop rapport or chemistry between the agency and the prospect personnel, as well as the pitch delivery skills necessary to make an impactful and persuasive pitch presentation.

This will include:

• Understanding Decision makers - Power Map, Profiling / Business Behaviour Styles, Motivators, Guiding Values
• Key Message Development and Pitch Positioning / Elevator Test
• Advanced Persuasive Skills

Our guest speaker, Ian Forbes - CEO of Corporate Persuasion - will discuss some of the techniques that have helped his clients win over £3billion of pitches, run a series of exercises, and will be available to answer your pitching questions.
